I want to thank Bill Meyer at Premiere Hot Tubs for helping my wife and I make the right decision. We purchased a Clearwater St. Andrew Signature Package Spa, and couldn't be happier with our decision. With the Water Fall, the LED's, and all the Jets, it has everything we need to relax and enjoy with each other. With 58 jets(each adjustable), it relaxes and provides plenty of comfort. WIth the Salt Water System, our skin does not dry out like it does when getting into chlorinated water. Also, the lift with the spa makes it so easy to open and close the lid. I am very thankful we included the lift with our purchase. Our hot tub is a great way to end each day!

Premiere Hot Tubs is Fantastic!

Buying a new hot tub was a big deal for us. I researched a lot of types that would be stylish, with a small footprint and easy to operate, affordable, etc. When I approached Premiere hot tubs, Bill, the owner, took great efforts to educate me about ups and down sides of different types of equipment and what I should look for regardless of brand. Equally important, he was able to answer every technical question from my husband, a water engineer, to make him comfortable with a purchase. The sales experience, the personal tub maintenance training and ease of installation made this a seamless process. Bill also follows up with his customers after the purchase, which I never expected. Oh, I have to mention that the tub is fantastic, great for relaxing and has been worry free for maintenance! I'd buy again from Premiere tubs because they take care of their customers!

I am very pleased with the service and support from Bill Meyer and his team to ensure my SPA experience was the best it could be. I purchased a ClearWater Resort Spa, and have been absolutely satisfied with the unit. It is very functional, user friendly, and performs without a hassle. I highly reccomend the SALT WATER system as it so much less maintenance and easier on the body-skin. I have owned Spas before and this experience was painless from purchase to installation and on going support.

It is not a problem to shop around, but you will be happy when you make your purchase at Premier Hot Tub in Austin Texas. A big thanks to Bill and his team of professionals striving to ensure customer satisfaction.

Am I ever glad I chose Premier Hot Tubs!!

Last fall my wife and I decided it was about time to replace our 25 year old spa that we bought piece by piece since there were not many all-in-one spas available in 1984. I checked the internet for local spa dealers and picked a few to visit. What a varied experience each visit to a different dealership turned out to be. Some employees seemed more interested in continuing with phone calls or reading the paper than waiting on me (an honest to goodness potential buyer). Others took pleasure in disparaging their competitors' products and employees. Didn't spend very much time in any dealership until I walked into Premier Hot Tubs. There I was greeted by Kensey Hayes, a very knowledgeable young lady who directed me to Bill Meyer who turned out to be the extreme opposite of other dealer owners/sales reps. Bill was straight forward in answering my questions and taking time to explain in detail questions that I considered important. Not once did he have anything but respect for his competitors when I would mention other spas and dealers. Needless to say, I wanted my wife to give her O.K. to the Clearwater Spa I had convinced myself I could no longer live without. She did (she picked the color!) and we have now had it for about six months. Since day one the water has been crystal clear, always the right temperature and a pleasure to enjoy. All I have done to enjoy this exceptional spa is check the water chemistry weekly and hose off the filters monthly. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our decision to buy from Bill Meyer and Kensey Hayes at Premier Hot Tubs.

Great Hot Tub Decision Process

I recently devoted considerable time and effort to purchasing a new hot tub. As part of that process I used the internet to find product reviews and consider the commentary provided by buyers and sellers. I found the comments from Bill Meyer of Premiere Hot Tubs in Austin, Texas to be particularly useful and decided to give him a call. Although I live in Savannah, Georgia and thus would not be buying a tub from him, Bill gave me the same level of service as if I lived in Austin. Over the course of three weeks Bill and I had at least 15 email and phone exchanges. The advice and analysis Bill provided to me was key to my selection of a hot tub and local dealer. His willingness to assist someone outside of his sales area is uncommon and speaks to the level of service he must provide those in the Austin area. I would highly recommend that anyone who lives there and who is seeking a hot tub to consult with Bill.

Perfect experience

We had a hot tub in our previous home and absolutely loved it but it did not travel with us to Austin. After three years of yearning we decided it was time to see what it would take to get a hot tub in our current home. We searched on-line and read many reviews. It was obvious Premiere Hot Tubs was the place to visit. Beth and I talked with Bill Saturday morning for 2 hours checking out our options, comparing features and getting educated about the current world of spas. Our prior hot tub was a 1994 model so we had a lot to learn. Bill thoroughly covered everything efficiently and effectively. That day we chose the Clearwater St. Andrew with the Genesis Salt System which was at the showroom. We went to lunch and made a call to a recommended electrician and, less than a week later, we had our new hot tub installed and running. It has been a fast-paced and rewarding experience. If we ever need to buy another spa we're doing exactly the same thing - one trip to Premiere. The primary driver for our decision to get a new spa was my wife's psoriasis and the salt system has proven to be a successful therapy for her in just 2 days! Thank you very much. Earl and Beth

We are extremely pleased with our St. Andrew Clearwater Spa. The knowledge that Bill and his staff have regarding their products is phenomenal. We shopped several spa manufacturers in the Austin area and are very pleased with our selection. The delivery was exactly as scheduled. Bill and his staff assisted us in the correct electrical hookup as well as getting the spa balanced right from the beginning. We have visited their store several times after the purchase to either purchase additional items or ask advice. Each time we are met with the same enthusiastic greeting as when we were researching the different spas in the Austin area so we could make an informed decision. I highly recommend this product for anyone interested in purchasing a top of the line spa.

After a lot of shopping around, Bill at Premiere gave us by far the best spa for our money. And I truly feel he cares about his customers. Plus after doing research I feel that not having the cabinet filled full of foam is the way to go. Should a problem ever arise our Clearwater spa will be easily troubleshooted and fixed. Thanks Premiere!

This is our first hot tub (Clearwater), and boy was the shopping experience most pleasant, thanks to Bill and his crew at Premiere Hot Tubs. We are so pleased with the support from Premiere. Though we have already made our purchase through them, they are still here for us to help and answer any of our questions. They have a wealth of information on their products and are upfront and honest. Now for the best part...our hot tub!!! It is awesome to say the least. We drove almost 400 miles round trip from Ft Worth to Austin, and so glad we did! We are very happy with our purchase of our Clearwater spa. I have always dreamed of having a hot tub. I began researching the web and looked at many brands. I found Bullfrog. What a fantastic idea with interchangeable jet paks! And the construction is second to none. I went to Premiere and spent 4 hours talking with Bill and learning everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. Bill was polite, receptive, professional and not only knew his product, but he is upfront and honest about other brands. The best decision for me was Bullfrog. The delivery crew was ontime, polite, caring and took time to answer and demonstrate all my concerns. I am glad I was able to purchase a top line spa. If you are in the market, a trip to see Bill and his staff is a must.

We purchased a Bull Frog hot tub from Bill at Premier Hot Tubs and just love it! The high quality of construction and the variety of JetPaks sold us. Bill answered all of our questions in great detail. We ordered exactly what we wanted and delivery and set up were easy. If you have never owned a hot tub this is the one for you because you can custom order the number and type of jets.

My wife and I searched throughout Austin for a Salt Water Hot Tub but were told by every dealer that we spoke to that Salt Water systems for Hot Tubs did not exist.

We had given up on the search and decided to purchase a non-saltwater system, when a friend of mine at work mentioned that he purchased a salt water Hot Tub at Premiere Hot Tubs 2 years ago and was very please with it.

I called the owner (Bill) and he offered to open his showroom during non-business hours to show us what was available in salt and non-salt water spas, both of which he offers.

We purchased a spa from Premiere over a month ago and have been very pleased not only with the spa but also the level of service and education around routine maintenance. Bill also compensated my friend at work with a referral fee which he certainly did not have to do. I highly recommend buying a spa from this dealer.

Thanks for the hot tub! It’s been 6 weeks now and even though it’s a hundred degrees in the shade, I love having this tub! It has made a huge difference in how my body feels. I use it in the mornings, after a run and I honestly don’t hurt any more. It relaxes my muscles and I’m ready for the day.

As a first time hot-tub buyer, I was very apprehensive about making such a large (for me) investment without any idea what I was doing or what to buy. Better Spa, Better Price, Better Service!

We’ve owned our home overlooking Lake Travis for many years. We’ve also owned several hot tubs in the past, but we have wanted to add a deck with a hot tub coming off our 2nd floor master bedroom to give us a wonderful view of the lake anytime we wanted to soak & just spend some relaxing time together. Earlier this year, we met with Bill at Premiere Hot Tubs and bought a Bullfrog spa from Premiere Hot Tubs. It’s one of their largest spas with dual lounges and 5 of their JetPaks. Our Bullfrog Spa is like no other spas we have ever seen. We absolutely love the great variety of massage and positions in our spa.

Though we looked at other spas, after we met with Bill it was a done deal. We really liked many things about Bullfrog but here are the 2 biggest. I have my own construction business. Our spa is built like a rock and they back it up with the best warranty we saw anywhere. My wife loved all the different massage, from very gentle to darn near pounding. I’m in our spa nearly every morning and night. After a day in the field, I can’t wait and nothing feels like the massage we get.

As for Premiere Hot Tubs. We give Bill the highest recommendation. He knows spas. He understood what we wanted to achieve and he never faltered. Putting a 1,000 lb spa on our 2nd floor deck was not easy and we couldn’t use a crane. Everything happened exactly as planned. And I’m almost embarrassed to tell you how much we saved over what several other places in town quoted for their spas. Bottom line with Premiere. Better Spa, Better Price, and Better Service. Thank you Bill.

Earlier this year my wife and I decided it was time to buy a hot tub for our back yard. We both have very active lifestyles and we also knew our kids would love it. So we checked all the stores in Austin and bought a spa from Bill at Premiere Hot Tubs. We could tell you many reasons, but 2 big ones are his integrity and knowledge. We found that spending an hour with Bill was really worth our time. He knows what he is talking about and it shows. It has actually been 6 months since we bought our spa and every contact with him and his staff has proven we made the right decision. Couple that with a better spa, better warranty, and great price and we would say without a doubt to buy your hot tub from Premiere Hot Tubs. If you have the time, you can do what we did and check everyone else, but we know that no one compares with Premiere Hot Tubs.

We bought a Clearwater Tradition spa. One reason is Bill told us that more spas are sold in the industry with lounges but only about 1/2 of the people who have had a spa before buy spas with a lounge. He mentioned that particularly shorter women tend to float in the lounges in most spas. Well, my wife is only 5' 2". Our Tradition spa has 2 captains chairs with many jets for our legs and hips. I play a lot of baseball so I really love those jets. We get all the advantages of a lounge and no one floats. All along Bill demonstrated his interest was ensuring we bought what was best for us and we really appreciate this. It is one reason we are pleased to support him and Premiere Hot Tubs with our review.

I have had multiple interactions over the last 2 years with Bill Meyers, the owner/operator of Premier Hot Tubs in Austin, TX. I found him to be a man of his word and sympathetic to my concerns in relation to support of the hot tub we purchased from him nearly two years ago.

A hot tub can be a 'challenge' to a new owner not familiar with maintaining balances, water-levels, filter cleanings, etc. Bill offered a startup 'tutoring' lesson but I felt I didn't need such handholding. Well, several phone calls and counselings later, our tub finally turned out to be the joy we had hoped it would be. It could have been a nightmare, however, if Bill hadn't returned our calls and provided the level of personal support that was required in our case.

Whether it was advice on water chemistry, the availability of needed supplies or physical maintenance of the spa, Bill has been in the past, and remains to this day, helpful, encouraging, straightforward and a man of his word. I appreciate his sincerity, honesty, cometence and business manner and will remain a customer for as long as I own a hot tub (the next one will be purchased from Bill as well!).

My family recently bought a spa from Premiere Hot Tubs. It was clear that Bill's desire was to ensure we purchased a spa that was right for us. He also seems to know everything about hot tubs. We bought a Bullfrog 362 and are very happy that we received a great price on a spa we love. The service was great and delivery was easy and as promised.

Competent and professional spa installation with personalized follow up. We purchased a Bullfrog spa from Premiere Hot Tubs for our new home in Austin in the spring of 2009. We did a lot of research and talked to all the spa companies in Austin and attended the Spa Exhibition at the Palmer Events Center before purchasing the Bullfrog Spa. Bill at Premier did an informative and up-front presentation of the pros and cons of all types of hot tubs. Bill was informative about spa design, spa mechanics, and usage. In short, Bill answered all our questions about the spa industry. Talk to Bill if you want to learn about spas. We chose a Bullfrog spa based on the quality of construction and the tub's features. We are very pleased with the spa and more than pleased with the service we have received from Premier Hot Tubs and Bullfrog regarding a few start-up issues. Our experience has shown us that these people stand behind their product. The spa is wonderful!
