We found Jeff Steinhausen and Premiers Hot tubs through an internet search for a solution to spa removal and replacement in our backyard. Jeff and Bill both provided invaluable advice to helping us to choose the best spa for our purposes, staying within our budget, as well as helping us to get it done. using reliable and knowlegable contractors, along with jeff and bill's able advice, we are extremely happy with our choice of the bullfrog 262...we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone interested in a low maintenance, super high quality spa!

I purchased my very first Hot Tub from Kensey at Premiere Hot Tubs in Austin. I didn't know anything about them when I walked into the store and Kensey was very helpful in explaining all the options and styles. Premiere Hot Tubs is one of the few companies in Austin that let you do a wet test. Kensey encouraged my wife and I to come in for one and I'm really glad we did. You really can't purchase a hot tub without a wet test. I quickly found the only tub for me (a beautiful Bullfrog 552) and with Kensey's help chose the perfect combination of JetPaks and options. A Hot Tub is a big investment and it really is important that you have as much as possible explained when you make your choices so that you won't be disappointed when it arrives. We were able to try out pretty much all of the options right there in the store and it made all the difference in the world. The Hot Tub arrived three weeks earlier than I expected, but this was great and Kensey was very flexible when it came to scheduling when it would be delivered. The delivery guys (Steve and Mitchell) really impressed me with the care they took in placing the Hot Tub precisely (to the inch) where I wanted it and making sure everything was perfect without one scratch to my new tub. If you've never bought a luxury tub before you'll quickly realize this is like buying a new car – everything needs to be just right. It was great chatting with Steve about the new tub, I'm sure he's answered the same questions a million times, but he was very helpful and quickly put my mind at ease. It really helped that he was a lot more than just a delivery guy and knew these tubs inside and out.

Since the tub has gone in I've used it morning and night every day – I love it. I have spent more time with my teenage son and daughter one on one than I have for some years now that we have the tub. I have a form of arthritis that really impacts my lower back and the tub eases away my pains very smoothly. I can't imagine not having one now. Even my son has said he wants his friends over for a hot tub party – so it really is becoming the center of attention in our back yard. I'm glad I added the LightWave LED color changing lighting system as they really adds a nice touch in the evenings. When I've needed advice on chemicals and other issues with the tub Kensey has been there with help and smiley faces and has quickly put any issues to rest. I could not be more happy with my experience with Premiere Hot Tubs and look forward to many years of stress free living with my new tub knowing that they will be there to help me when I need them. I could not recommend Kensey and the team at Premiere Hot Tubs more highly – the experience has been perfect. Thanks so much!

After going to most of the dealers in North Austin at least the one's that were open we went to Premiere last. I could not believe how poorly most of the other store's operated. Most stores constantly bashed the other companies. Most of them could not even answer simple questions about maintenance or pricing. I was actually thinking that getting a spa may be a bad idea. Jeff was totaly different. He was ready to answer our questions professionally usually before I finished the question. He was very experienced and never bashed the other competitiors. It was a huge relief to finally understand maintenance. He allowed me to test the spas and make an educated decision. Getting a spa was not as hard as I expected and we were enjoying it right away. The continued service has been nothing but spectacular. I can't wait to stop typing this and get in my new Bullfrog! Take care.

Details : First time Hot Tub owners. After extensive research on the internet. We visited several Hot Tub stores in the Austin area, ended up at Premier Hot Tubs. Bill asked several questions to see what we were looking for and our needs. He very patiently answered multiple questions and showed us some models that were what we were looking for. Went home looked over the brochures, did some more research, even emailed Bill Meyer a couple of more questions which he answered within 8 hours. Returned to Premier and purchased the SportX 131 and an additional Jet Pack from Jeff Steinhausen, who proved extremely knowledgeable about the products. Kensey set up a delivery time for the following week. Wonderful experience highly recommended.

I had been looking at new hot tubs for several weeks. I went from one dealer to the next and still didn't have a clear picture of what I really wanted. Then I walked into Premiere Hot Tubs. I was greeted promply and professionaly. Every question I had was answered to my satisfaction which resulted in me finding the hot tub I was looking for. Jeff worked with me and had me feeling comfortable about the whole purchase. Premiere Hot Tubs is top of the line from purchase all the way to delivery. My husband and I were recently in the market for a hot tub. We visited Premiere Hot Tubs in search of information. Bill and Kensey were very helpful and informative and helped us to make an informed decision on the purchase of a hot tub. We ended up purchasing a Bullfrog series I 562 and love it. The salt system is great - no chlorine smell and we really love the multiple JetPacks that we were able to pick out to place in our hot tub and the LED lights are awesome!. What a relaxing way to end the day after a long day at work!  Bill and Kensey have been very diligent in answering our questions and making sure that we are happy customers. We would definitely recommend purchasing a hot tub from Premiere and would highly recommend the Bullfrog spa.

We had a wonderful Hot Tub when we lived in New York and I was a bit skeptical about finding one I liked as much now that we moved to Austin. But I am very pleased with the one we bought at Premiere Hot Tubs. The jets are super (even better than the other one we had) and it all functions very well. The service and advice that Bill gave us throughout the purchase and afterward has been excellent. The information was very complete and I never got a feeling of being pressured or manipulated.  Bill is enthusiastic and very knowledgeable but very respectful of our concerns. If you are interested in a Clearwater or Bullfrog spa then this is the place to go.

Great Products, Terrific Customer Service, One of a kind....

My wife and I purchased a Clearwater Spa from Bill over a year and a half ago and recently we experienced a warranty issue which we thought would take up to 1-2 weeks to correct. Needless to say, I e-mailed Bill at 8:15am with my issue and he was able to pinpoint the problem based on the error codes I was receiving and also how the hot tub was operating/functioning. Believe it or not, he had a technician out that afternoon between 1pm-3pm to fix the warranty issue and my wife and I were able to use the Hot Tub that very same night.

Overall, our Hot Tub pre-purchase experience and post-purchase experience has been phenomenal at Premier Hot Tubs and when we go to purchase our second Hot Tub I can guarantee you I will not look anywhere else.

Bill and Kensey are definitely passionate about what they do and it shows…... Thanks!

Shopping for a hot tub can be harrowing, since no two dealers in most towns carry the same brands or lines of hot tubs.  But these guys are GOOD! You can find on their website a lot of information about the features of hot tubs that buyers should consider, without excessive bias toward the lines they sell.   They carry only two lines, Clearwater and Bullfrog, but they have many models of each on the floor of their large showroom.  

Bill, the lead salesman, offers low-pressure information on any question you might ask, and he sets up tailored courses on Saturdays on the "care and maintenance" of the systems.  We purchased one from the floor, asked to have it modified to add an ISIS Salt System.  It was delivered, installed, and up and running within a little more than a week.  When a couple of "hiccups" occurred in early functioning, their service technicians were at the house and finished with adjustments within just hours of our calling, not the days that it normally takes to get service attention.  We look forward to continuing to work with them through the 5-year warranty period, and beyond!

I knew exactly what I wanted before going in: a smaller tub, salt water, and I wanted it immediately. They supported exactly what I wanted and made sure and pulled strings to get the hot tub to me ASAP. They are so easy to deal with even more so after the purchase, helping me get water balanced, etc.... The business has more of a local feel, so you feel you are getting the quality of attention you want.

Clearwater is an excellent brand of spa. Bill Meyer at Premiere is an excellent dealer. No pressure (except water). Patiently answered all my questions, provided lots of information, and has gone out of his way to be helpful and provide support both before and after the sale. Very happy with my decision to buy a Clearwater Spa from Bill. Premiere and Bill are highly recommended. The spa is superb. Update 22 Jan 2011: Bill has responded instantly to a relatively minor warranty issue on the spa. Couldn't have asked for more.

This was my third Hot Tub purchase and by far the best. Kensey and Bill were not only knowledgeable but provided excellent customer service. In fact, Bill made sure that I got more bang for the buck. I had picked out my tub and he got me more tub for my money. The whole experience was wonderful and I have enjoyed my tub. I had been wanting to purchase a hot tub for a long time. I heard of deal being offered by a competitor down the road from Premiere for three years same as cash, so went there first. That was a big mistake. The salesman there kept trying to sell me one particular spa and then pulled a "bait and switch" and said the special advertised was for the "higher end models". I almost decided against a spa at that point. On a whim walked into Premiere Hot Tubs. What a difference!! I was assisted by Kensey. She was not pushy and knew her stuff!! I ended up buying a Bullfrog floor model. It works beautifully!! She and Bill have continued to be very helpful, answering any questions that I have. I highly recommend Premiere Hot Tubs!!

Bill is more of an educator than salesman. He will tell you the good and bad of each spa and doesn't sugarcoat it. He knows not only his own lines but all the equivalent competitors as well and is also a great resource on spa chemistry if you need one. Everything was delivered as promised and works perfectly (exactly as Bill described). He set up our delivery to Alto, New Mexico straight from the factory (which wasn't easy) and, when the delivery company tried to move the date back, made them deliver on the day promised after numerous phone calls. We love our Bullfrog Spa and the service Premiere provided!

After shopping several establishments in the San Antonio/Austin area, my wife and I found Premiere Hot Tubs to be the most knowledgeable and least "gotta sell it today" place of all.

Bill and Kensey were both very helpful and were quick to get back to us with any questions we had. After our purchase in July the Saturday "newbie" class was just what the doctor ordered for learning about the care and maintenance of our hot tub. Highly recommended for first time buyers and not offered by any other establishments we shopped.

We were somewhat concerned about living in New Braunfels and purchasing from a dealer in Austin but the few minor issues we've had with our Clearwater spa have been handled quickly and professionally by Bills' service folks. Premiere continues to be very responsive to any questions we have and Bill and Kensey are both appreciated very much for their customer care!

We were sitting in the hot tub Saturday night looking up at the stars and we realized what a great addition to our home the tub was. We had been talking about getting one for a long time and I finally got serious last July. I checked out all the Austin dealers with superior spa models and my visit to Premiere Hot Tubs had me convinced that they were the right people to deal with. Bill and Kensey were friendly and smart and were focused on getting me set up with a spa that suited our needs and budget. I felt very comfortable with their guidance through the selection process and once we made up our minds the delivery and installation were on time and well-executed. Next thing I knew we had a great spa - I felt good about the purchase and was assured that on-going service and support would be available as needed. My friends tell me that glaciers move faster than I do when buying anything that matters. I do a lot of research and evaluate all the possible options. My wife had been wanting a Hot Tub for a year or more and I had narrowed the manufacturers down to two or three - a Bullfrog was one of the finalists.

I next toured the dealers in Austin to make a selection. Of the stores I visited the people at Premiere Hot Tubs were the easiest to talk to and made me feel very comfortable with long term service and support - plus they offered several models that fit my budget.

I returned to the store a number of times until we dialed in the model and accessories. With each visit I become more impressed with the product and more importantly with the people at Premiere. Kensey and Bill were both patient and knowledgeable during the selection process.

The delivery took place on the day promised and the installation was efficient and professional. I am happy to say that we now have a great spa in the yard. We spend a lot more time in the tub than I thought we ever would, and I wonder why I waited so long.

The Best Experience in Purchases

We met Bill at the showroom. He couldn't have been nicer. He wrote down everything we were looking for in a spa. He showed us all spas. We told him that we couldn't get anyone to come fix our old spa. He gave us information that we could use involving repair, guarantees, etc. and that he and his company would do the rest.

He kept us informed, ordered the crane, came out and took time to go through the procedure.

We love our spa and since Premiere installed it, my joint pain has gone away. We can actually talk while the spa is running. With our old one, we couldn't. It was just so loud. The crane picked up the tub, took it over our house and gingerly place it in the hole on our deck. Just a regular company couldn't do that. It was beautiful .

We can't say enough nice things about the service we received. Thanks to Bill and his company and the many workers on his team. I have lots of pictures if you are interested.

You've heard the expression ;" SHOP UNTIL YOU DROP", that's what Hot tub shopping appears to be. Not so when you go to Premiere Hot Tubs and talk to Bill Meyer. What a great experience we had with Bill Meyers and Premiere Hot Tubs. We didn't need to go anywhere else once we visited their showroom and talked to Mr. Meyers. All our questions were answered and the process was very easy. Mr. Meyers even took time with us on a Saturday Morning (over an hour and half) to explain the start up process and how to maintain our hot tub. Delivery was flawless and his employees were great. Every time I need him for advice he is always available. In addition to Bill we also have Kensey who is more than happy to help in any way. I cannot say enough great things about Premiere Hot Tubs. We purchased a Bull Frog spa from Kensey and Bill, who met us on a Sunday to try out a spa. Once our spa arrived, our foundation was not ready, and Kensey worked with us to have the spa delivered on OUR schedule. After receiving the spa, we had to wait a week to get a new meter box from another excellent service, Mike Short, AC Electric. We had forgotten some instructions on chemicals, so we called Bill at 7:00 on a Friday evening, and he patiently answered all of our questions!

We recently invested in a Clearwater Spa, St Andrew Signature with Salt System, from Premiere Hot Tubs and am glad to share our experience. Over the years we have considered purchasing one but for one reason or another, it didn’t make the priority list till now. We are both in our 50’s and decided it would be both therapeutic and relaxing to have one at our home out on our patio. We purchased a name brand bathtub with 4 jets years ago and have enjoyed that. Last year while vacationing in Arkansas, our cabin had a hot tub on the deck overlooking the valley below and our family enjoyed that very much. So with that said, we were led to visit Premiere Tubs in Austin after doing research in various places for a spa that would be the right fit for us. Also, I was experiencing lower back pain and being treated for that.

When we arrived at Premiere, Bill & Kensey greeted us graciously and then Bill ‘schooled’ us for several hours about the world of hot tubs. Wow! We leaned towards purchasing a Bullfrog but after trying a few in the showroom, realized they were too deep for me (wife) and then demo’d the Clearwater brand and like Goldilocks, it was just right!

What we have been most impressed about is the great customer service AFTER the sale…….both Bill & Kensey being there for us--- helping us work through the kinks of getting water balanced etc & needing a few other items sent once the spa was delivered. And the delivery guys were great help as well.

We live 2 hours from Austin yet spa assistance & help is as close as making a call.

We are enjoying our Clearwater immensely both morning and evening. It is a blessing to see the morning break forth and the stars & moon arrive from the view of our hot tub. We have a little ‘vaca’ each time we’re in it. Even in Tx heat, a ‘hot tub’ is enjoyable, early & later in the day. We look forward to fall & winter with our new patio ‘baby boomer toy’ and the relaxation & therapy it brings with its many jets, lights and waterfall! And the color compliments our patio & home as well. (brown cabinet & metallic pearl shell) We are thankful!

I want to thank Bill Meyer at Premiere Hot Tubs for helping my wife and I make the right decision. We purchased a Clearwater St. Andrew Signature Package Spa, and couldn't be happier with our decision. With the Water Fall, the LED's, and all the Jets, it has everything we need to relax and enjoy with each other. With 58 jets(each adjustable), it relaxes and provides plenty of comfort. WIth the Salt Water System, our skin does not dry out like it does when getting into chlorinated water. Also, the lift with the spa makes it so easy to open and close the lid. I am very thankful we included the lift with our purchase. Our hot tub is a great way to end each day!

Premiere Hot Tubs is Fantastic!

Buying a new hot tub was a big deal for us. I researched a lot of types that would be stylish, with a small footprint and easy to operate, affordable, etc. When I approached Premiere hot tubs, Bill, the owner, took great efforts to educate me about ups and down sides of different types of equipment and what I should look for regardless of brand. Equally important, he was able to answer every technical question from my husband, a water engineer, to make him comfortable with a purchase. The sales experience, the personal tub maintenance training and ease of installation made this a seamless process. Bill also follows up with his customers after the purchase, which I never expected. Oh, I have to mention that the tub is fantastic, great for relaxing and has been worry free for maintenance! I'd buy again from Premiere tubs because they take care of their customers!

I am very pleased with the service and support from Bill Meyer and his team to ensure my SPA experience was the best it could be. I purchased a ClearWater Resort Spa, and have been absolutely satisfied with the unit. It is very functional, user friendly, and performs without a hassle. I highly reccomend the SALT WATER system as it so much less maintenance and easier on the body-skin. I have owned Spas before and this experience was painless from purchase to installation and on going support.

Am I ever glad I chose Premier Hot Tubs!!

Last fall my wife and I decided it was about time to replace our 25 year old spa that we bought piece by piece since there were not many all-in-one spas available in 1984. I checked the internet for local spa dealers and picked a few to visit. What a varied experience each visit to a different dealership turned out to be. Some employees seemed more interested in continuing with phone calls or reading the paper than waiting on me (an honest to goodness potential buyer). Others took pleasure in disparaging their competitors' products and employees. Didn't spend very much time in any dealership until I walked into Premier Hot Tubs. There I was greeted by Kensey Hayes, a very knowledgeable young lady who directed me to Bill Meyer who turned out to be the extreme opposite of other dealer owners/sales reps. Bill was straight forward in answering my questions and taking time to explain in detail questions that I considered important. Not once did he have anything but respect for his competitors when I would mention other spas and dealers. Needless to say, I wanted my wife to give her O.K. to the Clearwater Spa I had convinced myself I could no longer live without. She did (she picked the color!) and we have now had it for about six months. Since day one the water has been crystal clear, always the right temperature and a pleasure to enjoy. All I have done to enjoy this exceptional spa is check the water chemistry weekly and hose off the filters monthly. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our decision to buy from Bill Meyer and Kensey Hayes at Premier Hot Tubs.

Great Hot Tub Decision Process

I recently devoted considerable time and effort to purchasing a new hot tub. As part of that process I used the internet to find product reviews and consider the commentary provided by buyers and sellers. I found the comments from Bill Meyer of Premiere Hot Tubs in Austin, Texas to be particularly useful and decided to give him a call. Although I live in Savannah, Georgia and thus would not be buying a tub from him, Bill gave me the same level of service as if I lived in Austin. Over the course of three weeks Bill and I had at least 15 email and phone exchanges. The advice and analysis Bill provided to me was key to my selection of a hot tub and local dealer. His willingness to assist someone outside of his sales area is uncommon and speaks to the level of service he must provide those in the Austin area. I would highly recommend that anyone who lives there and who is seeking a hot tub to consult with Bill.

We had a hot tub in our previous home and absolutely loved it but it did not travel with us to Austin. After three years of yearning we decided it was time to see what it would take to get a hot tub in our current home. We searched on-line and read many reviews. It was obvious Premiere Hot Tubs was the place to visit. Beth and I talked with Bill Saturday morning for 2 hours checking out our options, comparing features and getting educated about the current world of spas. Our prior hot tub was a 1994 model so we had a lot to learn. Bill thoroughly covered everything efficiently and effectively. That day we chose the Clearwater St. Andrew with the Genesis Salt System which was at the showroom. We went to lunch and made a call to a recommended electrician and, less than a week later, we had our new hot tub installed and running. It has been a fast-paced and rewarding experience. If we ever need to buy another spa we're doing exactly the same thing - one trip to Premiere. The primary driver for our decision to get a new spa was my wife's psoriasis and the salt system has proven to be a successful therapy for her in just 2 days! Thank you very much. Earl and Beth

We are extremely pleased with our St. Andrew Clearwater Spa. The knowledge that Bill and his staff have regarding their products is phenomenal. We shopped several spa manufacturers in the Austin area and are very pleased with our selection. The delivery was exactly as scheduled. Bill and his staff assisted us in the correct electrical hookup as well as getting the spa balanced right from the beginning. We have visited their store several times after the purchase to either purchase additional items or ask advice. Each time we are met with the same enthusiastic greeting as when we were researching the different spas in the Austin area so we could make an informed decision. I highly recommend this product for anyone interested in purchasing a top of the line spa.

After a lot of shopping around, Bill at Premiere gave us by far the best spa for our money. And I truly feel he cares about his customers. Plus after doing research I feel that not having the cabinet filled full of foam is the way to go. Should a problem ever arise our Clearwater spa will be easily troubleshooted and fixed. This is our first hot tub (Clearwater), and boy was the shopping experience most pleasant, thanks to Bill and his crew at Premiere Hot Tubs. We are so pleased with the support from Premiere. Though we have already made our purchase through them, they are still here for us to help and answer any of our questions. They have a wealth of information on their products and are upfront and honest. Now for the best part...our hot tub!!! It is awesome to say the least. I have always dreamed of having a hot tub. I began researching the web and looked at many brands. I found Bullfrog. What a fantastic idea with interchangeable jet paks! And the construction is second to none. I went to Premiere and spent 4 hours talking with Bill and learning everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. Bill was polite, receptive, professional and not only knew his product, but he is upfront and honest about other brands. The best decision for me was Bullfrog. The delivery crew was ontime, polite, caring and took time to answer and demonstrate all my concerns. I am glad I was able to purchase a top line spa.
